Buyer Information
The individual or legal entity purchasing products or services through the website.

This agreement governs the rights and obligations of both parties regarding the sale, payment, and delivery of digital products and downloadable resources purchased electronically through the Seller’s website.

Products available on the website include but are not limited to:

• Mockup files
• Graphic resources
• Design templates
• Downloadable digital assets
• Creative design resources

All product descriptions, pricing, and specifications are clearly presented on the website.

Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers such as iyzico.
The Buyer agrees to complete full payment before accessing or downloading purchased products.
MondoGraphic Agency does not store complete credit or debit card information on its servers.

Digital products are delivered electronically through:

• Direct download links
• Customer account access
• Email delivery (if applicable)

Delivery is generally completed instantly after payment confirmation. In certain cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours due to payment verification or technical processes.

Due to the nature of digital products, purchases are generally non-refundable once files have been downloaded or accessed.
Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payment
• Corrupted or inaccessible files
• Incorrect product delivery
• Technical issues preventing download access

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the purchase date.

The Buyer agrees:

• Not to redistribute purchased files
• Not to resell original products
• Not to share download access with third parties
• To use products according to licensing terms
• To provide accurate billing information

All mockups, graphics, templates, designs, and downloadable files remain the intellectual property of MondoGraphic Agency unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorized reproduction, resale, distribution, or sharing is strictly prohibited.

Customer information collected during purchases is processed according to our Privacy Policy.
We take reasonable security measures to protect personal and payment-related information.

MondoGraphic Agency shall not be held responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including technical failures, internet outages, natural disasters, or governmental actions.

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
Any disputes arising from this contract shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of Mersin, Turkey.

By purchasing products or services through this website, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Distance Sales Contract.
