After successful payment confirmation, customers will receive access to download the purchased mockups and digital files through:

• Direct download link
• Customer account dashboard
• Email delivery (if applicable)

Delivery is usually completed instantly after payment confirmation. In some cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours due to technical or payment verification processes.

Purchased mockups and digital resources are intended for personal or commercial design use according to the license provided with each product.

Customers may not:

• Resell or redistribute the original files
• Share download links with third parties
• Claim ownership of the original designs
• Upload files to other marketplaces or websites

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally considered final once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

However, refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

• Duplicate payment
• Corrupted or inaccessible files
• Wrong product delivered
• Technical issues preventing download that cannot be resolved by our support team

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Lack of software knowledge or compatibility
• Failure to read product description before purchase
• Accidental purchases made by the customer
• Downloaded products already accessed successfully
